Your entry  will include the following:
  • 1-6' tables with table covers 
  • 2 Chairs if requested
  • 2- 2009 CSRA Wine Festival souvenir wine glasses
  • 2 Copies of the Program for each Wine Supplier
  • Cleanup during and after and extra trash bags
  • Convenient restroom facilities 
  • Security on site
  • A pool of Volunteers to help or assist you as needed for breaks or other tasks.
  • Wine Supplier Lanyards at check-in with map of table location
  • Exhibit Check In and Set-Up to begin at 9:00-11:30 p.m. 
  • Logistics Transport Committee to assist with Loading and Unloading if requested.  
  • Please submit forms with all requested needs so that we may plan in advance to accommodate you as efficiently as possible..
  • Convenient Parking on at event and also includes a loading area.
